Are your tumblers dishwasher safe?

No. All tumblers must be washed by hand ONLY with luke warm water.
Can I put my tumbler in the microwave?

No. Do not put your tumbler in the microwave.
What other precautions should I take with my tumbler?

Your custom tumblers should be handled with care so please: 1. Do not soak or leave it in hot water. 2. Do not leave in sunlight or heat (That means DO NOT leave it in a hot car.) 3. Do not drop your tumbler on a hard surface.
Can I put hot liquids in my tumbler?

Yes, you can drink hot liquids from your tumber. In fact, your tumbler will keep hot liquids hot for 18 hours and cold liquids ice cold for 24 continuous hours.
Do you take group or wholesale orders?

Yes. I take group orders. Wholesale discounts are only applicable for orders of 20 or more of the same product. Contact me here to learn more.
How do I add a new question & answer?

To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?

Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?

You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
